Since the proper resources to form my own prosthetics were unavailable to me at the time, this piece had to be purchased from a supplier. I did however apply makeup, apply the prosthetic, and act with it on two separate occasions. The 'First-Use' was for a Halloween event for which I was asked to, "Give everyone something special." The 'Second-Use' was for a student film that a friend of mine was working on.
